The New Species of LCD Samsung TV

Since the development of TV panel has raised fast in last decade, Samsung Electronics America, Inc a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, always makes innovation by developing their products to one step ahead than others. In 2009 Samsung Electronics America, Inc released a new innovation for their LCD Samsung TV, that is advanced LED HDTVs.

The new 6000, 7000 and 8000 Series build upon the success of Samsung’s first and second generation LED HDTV models.
LED TV
This LCD Samsung TV actually uses LED (Light Emitting Diodes) as their primary light source, rather than traditional Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps (CCFL). As the result this LCD Samsung TV has following benefits:
- Superb picture quality
With LED TV technology the new have more clarity, contrast and color to produce stunningly true to life images. 3,000,000:1 Mega Contrast provides an incredible range of brightness - from pure blacks to pristine whites and Auto Motion Plus 120 Hz technology will eliminates virtually all motion blur.
- Ultra slim design
It has only 1.2″ deep, slimmer than traditional LCD that has around 3″ deep. Samsung LED TVs supported by a unique stand with an elegant, crystal-clear neck, makes you easier finding a place to put in any room.
- Eco-friendly
Samsung LED TVs are easy on the planet as well as the eyes. They use 40% less power than conventional LCDs. And they’re free of lead, mercury and other VOCs. So you can put your feet up and relax knowing you’re leaving a smaller carbon footprint.
The Series
Samsung LED TVs presented in three kinds of series, 6000, 7000 and 8000.
- 6000 Series LCD Samsung TV
The entry level of LED TV. This LCD Samsung TV has features 3,000,000:1 Mega Contrast, Eco-Friendly and Auto Motion Plus 120 Hz technology.
The models are 55″ UN55B6000, 46″ UN46B6000, 40″ UN40B6000, and 32″ UN32B6000.
- 7000 Series LCD Samsung TV
This model has all 6000 Series model features plus “Yahoo!” and “Flickr” widget.
The models are 55″ UN55B7000, 46″ UN46B7000, 40″ UN40B7000, 55″ UN55B7100 and 46″ UN46B7100.
- 8000 Series LCD Samsung TV
This model has all 7000 Series model features plus 5,000,000:1 Mega Contrast, Auto Motion Plus 240 Hz technology, internet connectivity and anti-glare screens in a nearly 1″ deep frame.
The models are 55″ UN55B8000 and 46″ UN46B8000.
