In past a few years notebooks computers have became most popular than desktop computers since the price also decreased. No wonder if most people would prefer using notebooks computers. According to a report in the IEEE Times: “Notebook PC shipments rose almost 40 per cent in [the third quarter of 2008] compared to the same period in 2007 to hit 38.6 million units. Desktop PC shipments declined by 1.3 per cent for the same period to 38.5 million units.”

Since the main source of power is the batteries, most of the batteries don’t last very long time even when they are new. The option is buying additional batteries, which is quite expensive, or you are working on a smaller version of a desktop because it has to be plugged in all the time.
