40″ 1080p Samsung LCD HDTV

Samsung Electronics America, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Corporation, recently released a new 7 Series of LCD HDTV, although they have also introduced a new species of HDTV which is LED backlit LCDs . The new Samsung LCD HDTV LN40B750 is a traditional CFL backlit LCD series with 1080p, 240Hz panel in 3.1″ deep.
Body design
This new Samsung LCD HDTV has an exclusive SAMSUNG Touch of ColorTM design. It features a hint of rich red color naturally blended into the traditional piano black frame.. The faintest tint of translucent blue appears along the bottom edge of the frame, highlighted by the company’s trademark. The rest is glossy black fronted by see-through plastic that extends beyond the edge on all four sides. The stand design is a slick stand with a glass base and transparent stalk that gives provides the impression of a floating panel.

The back panel sprouts three HDMI ports, two component video inputs, one VGA-style PC input, one RF input for cable and satellite, the Ethernet port, and one stereo analog and one optical digital audio output. The TV’s side panel offers a fourth HDMI, two USB, and one AV input with composite video.

Key Features
One of the major step up in this new Samsung LCD HDTV is feature Auto Motion PlusTM 240. It’s features 240 Hz refresh rate, which is twice as fast as the 120 Hz refresh rate found on many other sets. The main impact of the faster refresh rate is improved motion resolution.
Samsung has added Medi@2.0TM into this new LNB750 series Samsung LCD HDTV allows you to receive content from Yahoo!®, Flickr® using internet. With DLNA CERTIFIEDTM connectivity you can remotely access your PC’s personal media to download music, video, and photos and enjoy them anywhere in the home your TV is and USB 2.0 multi-media center lets you connect a thumb drive or a digital camera quickly and easily. 1 internet access and Ethernet connection or wireless LAN required. Wireless access also requires SAMSUNG Linkstick.
The new Samsung LCD HDTV LN40B750 is ENERGY STAR compliant, that using less energy and helping the environment while saving your money. ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy promoting energy efficiency.
